CC: Zais, Dick; Zabell, Dave Sent: Wed Feb 10 16:06:53 2010 Subject: Retreat Action Steps Follow-Up Council Members, In last week's Council packet, each of you received the list of Action Steps developed by the Council during its January 23rd retreat. I have also included a shortened version of the list of Action Steps at the bottom of this e-mail. Mayor Cawley and Assistant Mayor Coffey have requested that each Council member review the list and provide input regarding any revisions, additions, or deletions to the Action Steps. Please reply to this e-mail and let me know if you have any suggested changes or if you are OK with the list of Action Steps as presented. Additionally, please let me know which (if any) of the Action Steps you think could/should be included in the list of Council policy priorities that the Council talked at the retreat about developing. There will likely be a brief discussion during the Feb. 16th Council meeting about the Action Steps list, what progress has been made in implementing the Action Steps, development of a list of Council policy priorities, and any other follow-up items related to the retreat. If you have any questions about the input you are being asked to provide, please contact me by phone (901-1142) or by e-mail (rbeehler©ci.yakima.wa.us). Thanks.
