ITEM TITLE: Set Dates of Public Hearings for March 2 and March 23, 2010 on the 2009
Consolidated Annual Performance Evaluation Report.

SUMMARY EXPLANATION: Each year as part of the process of submitting to HUD the 2009
year end Consolidated Annual Performance Evaluation Report (CAPER), the City holds two
public hearings to accept comments on the year end report. This item sets March 2, 2010, as
the date for the first hearing and March 23, 2010 as the date for the second public hearing on
the 2009 CAPER.
