AGENDA YAKIMA CITY COUNCIL STUDY SESSION January 25, 2022 City Hall --Council Chambers 5:00 p.m. This meeting will be conducted in person, live streamed at www.yakimawa.gov and telecast live on Y-PAC, Spectrum Cable Channel 194 or you may call in and participate by dialing 1-253-215-8782 or 1-971-247-1195, enter meeting ID ???#, participant ID # and meeting password ?#. Public comment is limited to items on the agenda and may be made in person or by phone. Members of the public participating by telephone are encouraged to arrange to make public comments in advance of the meeting at https://www.yakimawa.gov/council/public-comment/by 3:00 pm the day of the meeting. For those who attend the meeting in person,the City is required to follow the Governor's Proclamation regarding face coverings. Every person entering City Hall, including those entering to attend a City Council meeting, are required to wear a face covering that covers their nose and mouth at all times. Failure to wear a face covering will result in you being asked to leave the premises. Failure to leave the premises after being asked to do so by City staff is a misdemeanor violation of Yakima Municipal Code section 6.47.050. Masks will be available in the alcove at City Hall. The requirements are found in Governor's Proclamation 20-25.15,which adopts the Washington State Secretary of Health's face covering order 20-03.6. 1. Roll Call 2. There will be 35 minutes allotted for public comment with two and a half(2.5) minutes per speaker in order to allow as much opportunity as possible for audience participation.
