SUMMARY EXPLANATION:
This project consisted of the construction of a sanitary sewer main improvements which included
furnishing and installing approximately 2,270 linear feet of new 8" PVC sanitary sewer pipe, new
precast concrete sewer manholes, cleaning and testing, surface restoration that included asphalt
pavement, and other related improvements.
Final inspection for this project was made and the recommendation is that the project be
gh accepted.
This Council action is to accept the project and approve the final construction costs.
Contractor: Premier Excavation, Inc.
Contract Award: 7/29/2009
Contract Cost: $85,991.95
Final Contract Cost: $78,993.05

The above total contract cost is for construction only and does not include engineering and other
costs.
