Call to Order
Chair Uddicoat called the meeting to order at 3:00 p.mi.

YPC Members Present: Chair Jacob Liddicoat, Vice -chair Lisa Wallace, Mary Place, Al
Rose, Leanne Hughes -Mickel
YPC Members Absent: Rob McCormick, Phil Ostriem
Staff Present: Joseph Calhoun, Planning Manager
Others: Kay Funk
Staff Announcements — Planning Manager Joseph Calhoun announced the following:
• Comprehensive Plan Amendments were presented to council and approved an4
ordinances will be presented at the next council meeting for further consideration.
• There were some corrections on the agenda and minutes for the previous meeting,
October 27, 20,21 Meeting Minutes — It was motioned by Commissioner Place and seconded by
Commissioner Rose to approve the meeting minutes of October 27, 2021 as presented. The
motion carried unanimously.

Other Business — Commissioner Wallace recommended a discussion regarding chronical
absent commissioners and their potential diismissal, Calhoun will look into the bylaw
Councilmember Funk expressed support for attendance requirements. Commissioner Pla
would like to provide future commissioners with a clear understanding on what being a Planni
Commissioner entails, and believes current material is not helpful. Commissioner Place provid
suggestions on training for potential commissioners. I
