Items listed are considered routine by the City Council and will be enacted by one motion without
discussion. A Council member may request to remove an item from the Consent Agenda and, if approved,

B. November 2021 Investment Transactions Report
C. Project Completion and Contract Acceptance for 64th Ave &Ahtanum Rd Project 2474

D. Resolution accepting a $30,000 grant from Supporting Investments in Economic
Development for the 3rd Ave and Division Project
E. Resolution authorizing the City of Yakima to accept bid to upfit new police vehicles
F. Resolution authorizing the City of Yakima to accept bid to paint police vehicle doors
G. Resolution awarding Bid 12126S and authorizing a contract with (Vendor TBD)for
provision of unit priced electrical services
H. Resolution authorizing a contract with Gray& Osborne for the Robertson Safe Routes to
School Project AT2562
I. A resolution authorizing the City Manager to enter into an agreement with the Washington
State Department of Commerce for grant funding for improvements to Miller Park
J. Ordinance amending the 2021 Budget for the City of Yakima; and making appropriations
from Unappropriated Fund Balances within various Funds for expenditure during 2021 for
various purposes (Second Reading)
6. Public Comment
Community members are invited to address items listed on the meeting agenda. There w ll be 35 minutes
allotted for public comment with two and a half (2.5) minutes per speaker in order to allow as much
opportunity as possible for audience participation. Written communication and e-mail messages are
strongly encouraged.

recommendation regarding the master planned development and development agreement
submitted by Greg and Adele Bainter for the Plat of Upper Valley Estates, located at 502 S 90th
Avenue
8. Closed record public hearing and Resolution to consider the Yakima Planning Commission's
recommendation regarding the preliminary plat of Aspen Estates Phase 2 submitted by Aspen
Tree LLC located in the vicinity of W Washington Ave & S 64th Ave

A. Council General Information
Any invocation that may be offered before the official start of the Council meeting shall be the
voluntary offering of a private citizen, to and for the benefit of the Council. The views or beliefs
expressed by the invocation speaker have not been previously reviewed or approved by the Council,
and the Council does not endorse the religious beliefs or views of this, or any other speaker.
A Council packet is available for review at the City Clerk's Office and on-line at www.yakimawa.gov.
The City provides special accommodations, such as heating devices, wheelchair space or language
interpreters, for City meetings. Anyone needing special assistance please contact the City Clerk's
office at (509) 575-6037 at least two business days prior to the meeting.All meetings are live
streamed on the City of Yakima website at www.yakimawa.gov and telecast live on Y-PAC, Spectrum
