ITEM TITLE: Set dates of November 1 and 16, 2021, for public hearings on the
2022 Preliminary Budget for the City of Yakima

SUMMARY EXPLANATION:
Set date of November 1, 2021 for a public hearing on the 2022 Preliminary Budget for the City of
Yakima with a second public hearing on November 16, 2021 . The purpose of the Public
Hearings is to accept input, comments, and/or questions from community members and other
affected parties regarding the proposed 2022 Budget.
*Note: Council business meetings are held remotely. It is viewable on the City of Yakima website.
The 2022 Preliminary Budget was posted on the City's website on October 1 , 2021.
