making an appropriation from unappropriated Fund Balance within the General Fund
(Tiger Oil Properties)
3. Study Session: Cascade Mill Landfill Clean-up Options and consideration of
Resolution authorizing City Manager to sign a Voluntary Cleanup Program
Agreement with Department of Ecology
4. Audience Comments (allow 15 minutes)
5. Following the Study Session -- Executive Session regarding Real Estate or Land and
Property Acquisition
6. The next meeting will be a City Council Business meeting on March 11, 2014 at 6
p.m. at City Hall
