Council: Mayor Dave Edler, presiding, Council Members Ron Bonlender,
Micah Cawley, Norm Johnson, BiII Lover, Neil McClure and Susan
Whitman
Staff: City Manager Zais and City Attorney Paolella
2. Executive Session regarding pending and prospective litigation
WHITMAN MOVED AND LOVER SECONDED TO MOVE INTO EXECUTIVE
SESSION FOR APPROXIMATELY TWO HOURS FOR THE PURPOSE OF
DISCUSSING PENDING AND PROSPECTIVE LITIGATION. The motion carried
by unanimous voice vote.
3. Adjournment
McCLURE MOVED AND WHITMAN SECONDED TO ADJOURN. The motion
carried by unanimous vote. Following the conclusion of the Executive Session, the
meeting adjourned at 1:30 p.m.
