The Mayor called the meeting to order at 11:55 a.m.

Cawley, Norm Johnson, Bill Lover, Neil McClure, and Susan Whitman
(present after 12:08 p.m.)
Staff: City Manager Zais and City Attorney Paolella
2. Executive Session re pending and prospective litigation
JOHNSON MOVED AND McCLURE SECONDED TO MOVE INTO EXECUTIVE
SESSION TO DISCUSS PENDING AND PROSPECTIVE LITIGATION FOR
APPROXIMATELY 90 MINUTES. The motion carried by unanimous voice vote;
Whitman absent.
3. Adjournment
Following the conclusion of the Executive Session, the meeting adjourned at 1:30 p.m.
