SUMMARY EXPLANATION:
The project consisted of constructing 2200 feet of 10' wide HMA trail through McGuinness Park
& Ortman Median along Willow Street that connected the existing Powerhouse Trail and William
O Douglas Trail. It also consisted of multiple upgrades of curb ramps along the path, 50 square
yards of pavement repair and1150 feet of removing and replacing a cement concrete sidewalk.
Final inspection for this project was made and the recommendation is that the project be
accepted.
This Council action is to accept the project and approve the final construction costs.

Contract Cost - $190,425.38
The above total contract cost is for construction only and does not include engineering and
other costs.
