SPECIAL MEETING
DECEMBER 7, 2004 -1:30 P.M.
COUNCIL CHAMBERS - CITY HALL
1. Roll Call
Present:
Council: Mayor Paul George, presiding, Council Members Ron Bonlender,
Dave Edler, Mary Place, and Bernard Sims
Staff: City Manager Zais, City Attorney Paolella and City Clerk Roberts
Absent: Council Members Neil McClure and Susan Whitman (both excused)
2. Executive Session regarding pending litigation and acquisition of property
PLACE MOVED AND EDLER SECONDED TO MOVE INTO EXECUTIVE SESSION
FOR APPROXIMATELY 30 MINUTES FOR THE PURPOSE OF DISCUSSING
PENDING LITIGATION AND ACQUISITION OF PROPERTY, WITH IMMEDIATE
ADJOURNMENT THEREAFTER. The motion carried by unanimous voice vote;
McClure and Whitman absent.
3. Adjournment
Following the conclusion of the Executive Session, the meeting adjourned at 1:59 p.m.
