SUBJECT: Weekly Issues Report
• CITY COUNCIL STUDY SESSION: The City Council has a study session on
October 8 at 10:00 a.m. to discuss marijuana regulations and homelessness.
• 18 ANNUAL FIREFIGHTERS SPAGHETTI FEED: The Fire Department's 18
annual spaghetti feed will be on Wednesday, October 9 from 4 to 7:30 p.m. at Fire
Station 91.
• IKE TOUR AND DEDICATION: Eisenhower High School will be holding its
dedication ceremony on Thursday, October 10 at 5:00 p.m. Tours are available at
3:30 p.m. and 5:45 p.m.
• CITY MANAGER LEAVE: I will be out of the office on Friday, October 11 and
Monday, October 14 to see my mother and attend my nephew's wedding in Florida.
Chief Rizzi will be the Acting City Manager in my absence.
