SUMMARY EXPLANATION:
This project (City Project No.WW2358) constructed approximately 670 LF of 8" PVC sanitary
sewer pipe, 50 LF of 4" PVC sanitary sewer pipe, 3 sewer manholes, connection to existing
sanitary sewer manhole and pipes, and surface restoration, Tieton Drive, between S. 40th Ave
and S. 37th Ave.
Final inspection for this project was made and the recommendation is that the project be
accepted.
This council action is to accept the project and approve the final construction costs.

Contractor: TTC Construction, LLC
Contract Award: 5/10/13
Contract Cost: $127,855.66
Retainage Due: $5,908.30
The above total contract cost is for construction only and does not include engineering and
other costs.
