Moved by Riley, seconded. by Washburn that the minutes of the regular meeting of Monday, July 25th, 1938 and adjourned meetings thereof be approved as read: carried, Riley, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call. Moved by Washburn, seconded by Riley that this being the time for the hearing on the assessment roll in Local Improvement District No. 526 providing for the construction of a pavement from Grandview Avenue to the east side of H.illcrest and there being no objections in writing or otherwise t•o said assessment roll or any part thereof; it is hereby ordered that the ordinance confirming said assessment roll and every part there- of be •passed as finally read: carried, Riley, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call. ORDINANCE NO. B -325, entitled, "AN ORDINANCE providing for the improvement of property in the City of Yakima., Washington, by the completion of the necessary mains, fire hy= drants,-valves and other appurtenances to supply.various lots and tracts of land with water for domestic use;.establishing a local improvement district, providing for the method of payment therefor and creating a special fund", was introduced by Clark and read by the City Clerk. !k[loved by Washburn, seconded by Clark that Ordinance No. B -325 be passed to its - second reading and-read by title only: carried, Riley, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call. Lots 10 and 11, in Clock 375, Capitol Addition to the City of Yakima, Washington, according to the official plat thereof now on file and of record in the office of the Auditor of Yakima. County, Washington. WHEREAS, the City of Yakima is the owner of the following describ- ed real property situated in Yakima County, State of Washington, to -wit: Fractional Lots 10 and 11 in Block 375, Capitol Addition to the City of Yakima, Washington, according to the official plat thereof now on file and of record in the office of the Auditor of Yakima County, Washington, by reason of a deed therefor issued by Maggie Babbitt Butler, and. by reason of a deed therefor issued by the Treasurer of Yakima. County, County of Yakima, State of Washington, to said City of Yakima., on sale of said :property for delinquent real estate taxes, and WHEREAS, it appears to be for the best interest of said City of Yakima. to sell said. premises to E. E. FLOYD and ERICA L. FLOYD, husband and wife, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF YAKIMA, WA.EHINGTON: That said above described premises be and they are hereby author- ized to be sold to E.
