April 24, 1933
The City Commission met in regular session, Mayor Stratton and Commissioners Washburn and
Clark present on roll call.
Moved by Stratton, seconded by Clark that the minutes of the regular meeting of Monday,
April 17th2 1933 and adjourned meetings thereof be approved as read: carried, Stratton,
Washburn and Clark voting aye on.roll..call.
ORDINANCE NO. B -51, entitled, "An Ordinance amendin the boundaries of the Business Dist-
rict, as outlined and set forth in Ordinance No. B -43, and amending the boundaries of the
"B" Residence District, as outlined and set forth in Ordinance No. B -22 of'the Ordinances
of the City of Yakima, Washington," was introduced by Stratton and read by the City Clerk.
Moved by Clark, seconded by Washburn that Ordinance No. B -51 be passed to its second
reading and read by title only: carried, Stratton, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll
call.
Moved by Clark, seconded by Washburn that Ordinance No. B -51 be passed to its third read -
ing,and read in full: carried, Stratton, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call.
Moved by Clark, seconded by Washburn that Ordinance No. B -51 be passed as finally read:
carried, Stratton, Washington and Clark voting aye on roll call.
Moved by Stratton, seconded by Washburn that.the following applications for permission
to sell beer be granted and the City Clerk authorized to issue licenses as follows: A.
H. Arendt, 802 E. Yakima Ave; Edward Crabbe, 16 W. Yakima Ave; J. H. Epperson, 1105 Di-
vision St. and L. Pd. Kinder, 1390 S First Street: carried, Stratton, Washburn and Clark
voting aye on roll call.
Moved by Stratton, seconded by Clark that we do now adjourn: carried, Stratton, Washburn
and Clark voting aye on roll call.
