and_ Clark present on roll call.
Moved by Stratton, seconded by Washburn that the minutes of the regular meeting of Monday,

The City Commission met pursuant to adjournment: The matter of the revocation of restau-
rant license No. 764, heretofore issued to Mrs. Joe Colombo, :came on for hearing; Mrs.
Colombo appeared in person, not being represented by counsel. Chief of Police Harold
Robinson, Patrolmen Floyd Luce, Dick Lang and A. N. Johnson were witnesses for the City.
After hearing Mrs. Colombo's statement, it was moved by Washburn, seconded by Clark and

unanimously voted by the Commission that said license be revoked, said revocation to
take, effect April 30th, 1933.
Moved by Stratton, seconded by Washburn that thespplication of A. L. Fullbright for per -
mission to sell beer at No. 401 w. Yakima Avenue is hereby granted and the City Clerk
authorized to issue warrants therefor: carried, Stratton, Washburn and Clark voting aye
on roll call.
RESOLUTIONd NO. C -62, A RESOLUTION authorizing the Treasurer of the City.of Yakima to exe-
cute satisfaction of judgment in foreclosure of delinquent assessments upon payment of
the judgment prior to sale.
WHEREAS, in proceedings brought to foreclose against delinquent in
stallment or installments of assessments in local improvement districts, it frequently
arises that after judgment has been entered and before sale of the property in said-fore-
closure proceedings, individual owners or persons interested in certain properties in-
cluded within such foreclosure proceedings pay the amount of said judgment or enough of
said judgment to warrant the satisfaction of the judgment entered against particular
property in such foreclosure suit; and,
WHEREAS, it is inconvenient for the City Commission to pass upon
the matter of executing a proper release of judgment as said matters arise; and,
WHEREAS, under the statutes of the State of Washington, the duty of
prosecuting and carrying on said foreclosure is vested in the City Treasurer and he is-
familiar with all of the details of such foreclosure and must at all times be interviewed
and become familiar with the necessity for release and satisfaction of said judgments as
they arise from time to time;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by-the City of .Yakima that the City
Treasurer of the City of Yakima be and he is hereby authorized to execute proper re-
leases of judgment in such foreclosure proceedings at any time before sale_, as and when
said judgments are paid or a sufficient amount of said judgment is paid to legally au-
thorize the satisfaction of said judgment.

The City Commission met pursuant to adjournment, Mayor Stratton, and Commissioners Wash-
burn and Clark present on roll call.
RESOLUTION NO. 0-63, A RESOLUTION, authorizing the execution of an agreement between the
OREGON - WASHINGTON RAILROAD & NAVIGATION COMPANY, an Oregon corporation, and the CITY OF
YAKI ?BRA, a Municipal corporation of the State of Washington, granting to the City of Yaki-
ma the right to attach eyebolts to the Northerly wall of said Railroad Company's office
building, located on the.Southwesterly corner of Yakima and First Avenue South in the
City of Yakima, for the purpose of suspending automatic traffic signals thereto.
WHEREAS, the City of Yakima did on April 10, 1928 enter into an
agreement with said OREGON - WASHINGTON_ RAILROAD & NAVIGATION COMPANY, wherein the said
Railroad Company granted to the City of Yakima the right to attach eye bolts to the
Northerly wall of said Railroad Company's office building located on the Southwesterly
corner of Yakima and First.Avenue'South in the City of Yakima for the purpose of suspend-
ing automatic traffic signals thereto;
WHEREAS, said agreement expired on December 31, 1932,. and
WHEREAS, it is necessary that a new agreement .be executed between
the parties covering,the period from December 31, 1932 to and including December 31, 1937
NOW, THEREFORE, the Mayor and City Clerk of said City of Yakima are
hereby authorized to execute said agreement on behalf of the City of Yakima and deliver
copies thereof to the said Oregon - Washington Railroad & Navigation Company.
PASSED this 20th day of April, A. D. 1933.
