reading and. read in full:
ORDINANCE NO. B -49, entitled, "An Ordinance providing for the creation of a Park Board
for the City of Yakima, Washington, providing for the appointment. of members thereto
and defining their duties, authority and term of office; repealing sections one (1) to
ten (10), inclusive, of Ordinance No. A -1213 and all other ordinances and parts of or-
dinances in conflict herewith, and declaring an emergency ", was introduced by Clark and
read by the City Clerk.
