Roved by Stratton, seconded by Washburn that Ordinance.Rto. B -49 be passed to its third reading and. read in full: ORDINANCE NO. B -49, entitled, "An Ordinance providing for the creation of a Park Board for the City of Yakima, Washington, providing for the appointment. of members thereto and defining their duties, authority and term of office; repealing sections one (1) to ten (10), inclusive, of Ordinance No. A -1213 and all other ordinances and parts of or- dinances in conflict herewith, and declaring an emergency ", was introduced by Clark and read by the City Clerk. Moved by Stratton, seconded by Washburn that the minutes of the regular meeting, of Monday, Nlarch 20th, 1933, and carried, Stratton, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call.
