Yoved by Stratton, seconded by Clark that the minutes of the regular meeting of Monday, March 6th, 1933 be approved as read: carried, Stratton, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call. Moved by Clark, seconded by Stratton that the claim of Geneva Boyd, in the sum of $7,850.00 for damages alleged to have been sustained by reason of falling on a slippery sidewalk in front of No. 1107 Lincoln Avenue, on the 11th day of February,. 1933 is here- by-rejected: carried, Stratton, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call.
