The City Commission met in regular session, Mayor Stratton and Commissioners Washburn
and Clark present on roll call.
Moved by Washburn, seconded by Stratton that this being the time for receiving bids'for
the city printing for the year 1933, and the bid of the Republic Publishing Co in the
sum of. -50¢ per printers inch, being the only bid received it.is ordered that the contract
be awarded to said company: carried, Stratton, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll
call.
Moved by Washburn, seconded by Stratton that the following payrolls be allowed and the
City Clerk authorized to issue warrants therefor; Street Dept. $706.06; Park $133.50;
Cemetery $90.00; Cemetery Care $42.00; and Water Dept. $64.00; carried,. Stratton, Wash-
burn and Clark voting aye on roll,call.
Moved by Washburn, seconded by Stratton that the following claims be allowed and the
City Clerk authorized to issue warrants as follows:. carried, Stratton, Washburn and
Clark voting aye on roll call:

ADJOURNED MEETING THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 23rd, 1933
ORDINANCE NO. B -46, entitled, "An Ordinance providing that the period of redemption in
all foreclosure sales of delinquent local improvement assessments shall be two (2) years
from date of sale, repealing all ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith,
and declaring an emergency ", was introduced by Stratton and read by the City Clerk.
Moved by Washburn, seconded by Clark that Ordinance No. B -46 be passed to its second
reading and read by title only: carried,.Stratton, Washburn and Clark voting aye on
roll call.
