Moved by Stratton, seconded by Washburn that the minutes of the regular meeting of Mon- day, January 16th, 1933 be approved as read: carried, Stratton, Washburn and Clark vot- ing aye on roll call. j RESOLUTION NO. C -59, A RESOLUTION authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to execute a Satisfaction of Judgment on behalf of the City. of Yakima on Lot 5, Block 108, Town o North Yakima, (now Yakima). WHEREAS, the City of Yakima, a municipal corporation,.obtained judgment in the Superior Court of the State of.Washington, in and for Yakima County, in the sum of $168.81, together with the accrued costs, against Lot.5, Block 108, Town of North Yakima, (now Yakima), and WHEREAS, said sum, together with the accrued costs has been. paid. i NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF YAKIMA, that the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute a Satisfaction of Judgment against Lot 1, Block 108, Town of North Yakima, (now Yakima), as aforesa ld, on behalf of said City of Yakima. � ADOPTED BY THE CITY COMMISSION, signed and approved this 23rd day of January, 1933. Moved by Washburn, seconded by Stratton that the following payrolls be allowed and the City Clerk authorized to issue warrants as follows: Street Dept. $880.50; Park Dept.1 (trees) $222.00; Cemetery $72.00; Cemetery Care $78.00 and Water Dept. $101.50: carried, Stratton, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call.
