The City Commission met in regular session, Mayor Stratton and Commissioners Washburn
and-,..Clark present on roll call.

Moved by Stratton, seconded by Clark that the minutes of the regular meeting of Tuesday,
January 3rd, 1933 be approved as read: carried, Stratton, Washburn and Clark voting'
aye on roll call.
Moved by Washburn, seconded by Stratton that the following payrolls be allowed and the
City Clerk authorized to issue warrants as follows: Street Dept: $927.00; Cemetery li
$76.00; Cemetery Care $54.00; Care of Trees $234.24: carried, Stratton, Washburn and
Clark voting aye on roll call.
Moved by Clark, seconded by Washburn that the application of H. R. Estabrook located,at
807 South.6th Avenue for a license to do plumbing in the City of Yakima is hereby grant-
ed and the City Clerk authorized to issue said license upon receipt of the proper bond
therefor: carried, Stratton, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call.
Moved by Washburn, seconded by Stratton that. the following claims be allowed and thei
City Clerk authorized to issue warrants as follows: carried, Stratton, Washburn and';
