The City Commission met in regular session, Mayor Stratton and Commissioners
and Clark present on roll call.

Moved by Stratton, seconded by Clark that the minutes of the regular meeting-of Monday,
December 5th, 1932 and adjourned meetings thereof be approved as read: carried, Stratton
Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call.
Moved by Washburn, seconded by Stratton that the following payrolls be allowed and the
City Clerk authorized to issue warrants as follows: Street Dept. $1,007.75; Parks i
$112.00; Cemetery $96.00; Cemetery Care $150.00 and Water $76.40: carried, Stratton,!
Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call.

A -233, A -361, A -369 and A -431, and declaring an emergency ", was introduced by Clark and
read by the City Clerk.
Proved by Clark, seconded by Washburn that Ordinance No. B -422 be passed to its second
reading and read by title only: carried, Stratton voting no on roll call, Washburn and
Clark aye.

RESOLUTION NO. 0-56, A RESOLUTION authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to execute a
Satisfaction of Judgment on behalf of the City of Yakima on Lot 8, Block 13, Milroy's
Plat.
WHEREAS,.the City of Yakima, a municipal corporation, obtained
judgment in the Superior Court of the State of Washington, in and for Yakima County,
in the sum of $194.43, together with accrued .costs, against Lot S, Block 13, Milroy's
Plat, of said City of Yakima, and
WHEREAS, said sum, together with accrued costs has been paid.
.NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF YAKINIA,. that the
Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute a satisfaction of Judgment against
said Lot S, .Block 13, Milroy "s Plat, as aforesaid, on behalf of said City .of Yakima.
