WHEREAS,.the City of Yakima, a municipal corporation, obtained judgment in the Superior Court of the State of Washington, in and for Yakima County, in the sum of $194.43, together with accrued .costs, against Lot S, Block 13, Milroy's Plat, of said City of Yakima, and WHEREAS, said sum, together with accrued costs has been paid. .NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF YAKINIA,. that the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute a satisfaction of Judgment against said Lot S, .Block 13, Milroy "s Plat, as aforesaid, on behalf of said City .of Yakima. 4 ADOPTED BY THE CITY COMMISSION, SIGNED and APPROVED this 14th day of December, 1932.
