The City Commission met in regular session, Mayor Stratton and Commissioners Washburn
and Clark present on roll call.
Moved by Stratton, seconded by Clark that the minutes of the regular meeting of Monday,
Nov-. 7th, 1932 be approved as read: carried., Stratton, Washburn and Clark voting aye
on roll call.
Moved by Washburn, seconded by Stratton_ that the following payrolls be allowed and the
City Clerk authorized to issue warrants as follows: Street Dept. $1026.00; Parks $220.00
Cemetery $150.00;,Cemetery Care $96.00: carried, Stratton, Washburn_ and Clark voting
aye- on roll call.
Moved by Stratton; seconded. by Washburn that action on the petition of several property
owners in the vicinity of the East 91 feet of lots 1, 2, 3 and 4, Block 13, Original
Town, owned by the City of Yakima, protesting the sale of said property by the City to
Standard Stations, Inc. be postponed until 2 o'clock P. M: carried, Stratton, Washburn
and•Clark. voting aye on roll call.

RESOLUTION NO. C -54, A RESOLUTION, vacating and cancelling Resolution C -53, adopted and
approved November 7th, 1932, authorizing sale of Real Estate..
vVHEREAS, • the City of Yakima is the owner of the East ninety -one feet
of Lots 1, 2, 3 and 4, Block 13, Original Town of North Yakima, (now Yakima), Yakima
County, Washington, and
"1'1HEREAS, under date of November 7th, 1932, Resolution C -53 was duly
adopted and approved-by the City Commission of the City of Yakima, authorizing and di-
recting the proper officers of the City of Yakima to execute and deliver a deed to said
premises to Standard - Stations, Inc., a Delaware-Corporation, for the consideration of
Twelve Thousand and 00/100 012,000.00) Dollars, and
WHEREAS, said Resolution has not yet been carried out -and it now
appears to the members of the�City Commission that it is not for the best interest for
the -City of Yakima to deed said property as in said Resolution provided-and that the
public interest will"be best protected by withholding said property from sale;
