The City
Commission met in regular session, Mayor Stratton
and Commissioners Washburn
and Clark present on roll call.
Moved by Stratton, seconded by Washburn that the minutes of the regular meeting of Mon-
day, October 10, 1932 be approved as read: carried, Stratton, Washburn and.Clark voting
aye on roll call.
RESOLUTION RTO. C -51, WHEREAS, Article
111, of
Ordinance No. A -1229, passed by the
City
Commission of the City of Yakima, on
the 22nd
day of September, 1930, provided among other
things that the City Commission determine and
designate traffic signs and signals
to be
placed upon the streets and alleys of
said city, subsequent to the passage of said or
dinance,
and

WHEREAS, it is deemed
I
expedient by the City Commission to cause
stop signs to be placed upon various
streets of the City of Yakima for the protection and
safety•of the people of said city;
NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY OF YAKIMA:
That stop signs
be placed
at the intersection of the following
named streets, to -wit: Sixth Avenue
and Walnut; Sixth Avenue and Lincoln; Sixth Avenue aid
1Oil Street; South Sixteenth Avenue and
Bonnie
Doone.
ADOPTED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION,-
this 17th day of October, 1932.

WHEREAS, it appears that said description is erroneous and that said
property was thus erroneously described on the original assessment roll,
NOW, THEREFORE$ RE IT RESOLVED. BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF YAKIMA, WASHINGTON:
That the following described real estate, to -wit:
Lots 2, 13, 14 and 15, Block 257, Lund °s Addition
to North Yakima, (now Yakima), according to the
official plat now on file and of record in the
office of the Auditor of Yakima County, Washington,
be and it is hereby authorized to be deeded to Waldo'L. Zumwalt, and the Mayor, W. W.
Stratton, is hereby authorized to execute a deed to said premises and the City Clerk,
Pearl Benjamin, is hereby authorized and directed to attest the same for,and on behalf
of the City of Yakima.
ADOPTED by the City Commission this 17th day of October, 1932.

WHEREAS, it appears that'the

City of Yakima holds title to Lots 2,
and
Town of North Yakima by
virtue of a deed from the City Treas-
urer of the City of
Yakima to said City of Yakima
on sale of said property for delinquent
assessments, and
WHEREAS, it appears that said description is erroneous and that said
property was thus erroneously described on the original assessment roll,
NOW, THEREFORE$ RE IT RESOLVED. BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF YAKIMA, WASHINGTON:
That the following described real estate, to -wit:
