The City Commission met in regular session, Mayor Stratton and. Commissioners Washburn
and Clark present on roll call.. _
Moved by Stratton, seconded by Washburn that the minutes of the regular meeting of Mon-
day, September 26th, 1932 and adjourned meeting thereof be approved as read: carried,
Stratton, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call.
Moved by Washburn, seconded by Clark that the dismissal of Sergeant S. R. McCann by
Chief -of Police Harold Robinson to take effect Sept. 30, 1932 be, and the same is here-
by ratified and approved by the City Commission: carried, Mashburn and Clark voting
aye..on roll call, Stratton no.
Moved by Washburn, seconded by Clark that the following payrolls be allowed and the
Ci:ty'Clerk authorized to issue warrants as follows: $Street Dept. $1117.00;.Parks
3£2400; Cemetery $96.00; Cemetery Care $150.00; Care of Trees $10.00 and Water Dept.
P40.97: -carried, Stratton, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call.
Moved by 'Mashburn, seconded by Clark that this.being the time for hearing on the final
budget, fixing the amounts of receipts and disbursements for the year 1933, it is or-
dered that said hearing be adjourned to Tuesday, October 4th, 1932 at 9 o'clock A. M.:
