The City Commission met in regular session, Mayor Stratton and Commissioners Washburn
and Clark present on roll call.
moved by Stratton, seconded by Washburn that the minutes of the regular meeting of Mon-
day, August 22, 1932 be approved as read: carried, Stratton, Washburn and Clark voting
a.ye, on roll call.
Moved by Stratton, seconded by Clerk that the bids for coal for 1932 and 1933 are hereby
received, and.. awards will be made at a later date:. carried, Stratton, Washburn and
Clark voting. aye on roll call.
Moved by Washburn, seconded by Stratton that the following payrolls be allowed and the
City Clerk authorized to issue warrants as follows: Street Dept. $109600• Permanent
Highway $107.50; Park Dept. x'518.60; Cemetery $92.00 and Cemetery Care i53 .00: carried,
Stratton, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call.
Moved by Stratton, seconded by Clark that we do now adjourn:to meet Thursday, September
1st, 1932 at 9 o'clock A. M: carried, Stratton, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll
call.
ADJOUPNED'MEETING, THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER lst, 1932.
Moved by Washburn, seconded by Clark that the payrolls for the month of August, 1932 be
approved and the City Clerk authorized to issue warrants as follows: Various Dept.

Dept. $5170.95; Library $695.39;.Fixec Estimate $150.00; Irrigation De t. 333.32;
Cemetery 135.00; L.I.D. Revolving $150.00; F. R. &. P. X113.75; Park $U0.00 and 'Hater
Dept. X4063.32: carried, Stratton, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call.
