The City Commission met in regular session, Mayor Stratton and Commissioners Washburn
and Clark present on roll call.
'.loved. by Stratton, seconded by Clark that the minutes of the regular meeting of Monday,
June 13th, 1932 be' approved as read: carried, Stratton, Washburn and Clark voting aye
on--roll call.
Alcoved by Washburn seconded by Clark that the payroll for the Water Dept.. for June 15th
in the sum of 04,9.36.69 be allowed'and the City. Clerk authorized to issue warrants there-
for_: -. carried, Stratton, 'Mashburn and Clark voting aye on roll call.
Moved by Washburn, seconded by Clark that the claim of Ralph W. Moore and Florence Moore,
for damages in the sum of $550.00 alleged to have been sustained by reason of falling
over a piece of iron pipe on the sidewalk on South 6th Street between Spruce Street and
Walnut Street is hereby rejected: carried., Stratton, Washburn and Clark voting aye on
roll call.

and sale to the public of prepared food for immediate consumption, providing an applica-
tion fee, a license fee, a penalty for violation, and repealing all ordinances in con-
flict therewith, declaring an emergency, and providing revenue ", was introduced by
Stratton and read. by the City Clerk.
