The City Commission met in regular session, Mayor Stratton and Commissioners Washburn
and._Clark present on roll call.
Moved by Stratton, seconded by Washburn that the minutes of the regular meeting of
Monday, May 23rd, 1932 be approved as read: carried, Stratton, Washburn and Clark vot-
ing aye on roll call.
116ved by Clark, seconded by Washburn that the following payrolls be allowed.and the City
Clerk authorized to issue warrants therefor; Street Dept. $1,200.87; Park $448.61:
Cemetery $150.00; Cemetery Care $480.00; Trimming Trees $38.00: carried, Stratton,
Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call.
ORDINANCE NO. B -36, entitled, "An Ordinance authorizing and directing the -Mayor and the
City Clerk of the City of Yakima to execute, for and on behalf of the City of Yakima;
a written easement, granted by the Oregon- Washington Railroad & Navigation Company to
the City of Yakima, for an 8 -inch sewer pipe and 2 -inch water pipe on the industrial
tract of the Oregon-Washington Railroad & Navigation Company at Broadway and West Pine
Streets, in the City of Yakima; Washington," was introduced by Stratton and read by the
City Clerk.

reading and.read by title only: carried, Stratton, 'Mashburn and Clark voting aye on
roll call. i
