The City Commission met in red =Mar session, Mayor Stratton and.Commissioners 'Washburn
and Clark present on roll call.
Moved by Stratton, seconded by Clark that the minutes of the regular meeting of Monday,
May 16th, 1932 be approved as read: carried, Stratton, Washburn and Clark voting aye
on roll call.
Moved by Washburn, seconded by Clark that the hearing on Resolution No. C -38 for con-
structing a sever in thealley between South Naches Avenue and South 6th Street, extend-
ing from Chestnut Street to Beech Street, be postponed indefinitely: carried, Stratton,
Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call.
ORDINANCE NO. B -33, entitled, "An Ordinance fixing the time of delinquency of the assess-
ments levied for the payment of the cost and expense of the improvements in Local Im-
provement District No. 501, and providing for the issuance of bonds with coupons attached
for the payment of the unpaid portion thereof ", was introduced by Clark and read by the
City Clerk.
Moved by Washburn, seconded by Stratton that Ordinance No. B -33 be passed to its second
reading and read by title only: carried, Stratton, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll
call.

reading and read in.full: carried, Stratton, Washburn and Clark voting aye.on roll call.

ORDINANCE NO. B -74, entitled, "An Ordinance relating to the decoration of street and
buildings within the first and. the second fire zones of the City of Yakima, the issuing
of a permit therefor and the posting of a bond or the providing of public liability in-
surance as a necessary prerequisite, providing a penalty for the violation hereof, re-
pealing all ordinances or parts of ordinances of the City of Yakima in conflict herewith,
and declaring an emergency ", was introduced by Stratton and read by the City Clerk.

reading and read by.title only: carried, Stratton, Washburn and Clark voting aye on
roll call.

City Clerk.

roll. call.
