B -32, entitled, "An Ordinance relating to the making of certain extensions to the existing waterworks system of the City of Yakima as provided by Ordinance No. B- 29 of said City approved March -23, 1932, appropriating the necessary funds for the in- stallation of the cast iron pipe water mains included in such extension, ratifying the action -of the City Commission in entering into a contract with the Inland Pipe & Supply Company, and authorizing the execution and delivery of $50,000 of principal of the special revenue bonds authorized to be issued to pay for such extension, and declaring an emergency," was introduced by Washburn and read by the City Clerk.
