( tract 9, Stean Tract) by reason of a deed therefor issued by the Treasurer of the City of Yakima, County of Yakima, State of Washington, to said City of Yakima, on sale of said property for delin- quent assessments, and WHEREAS,Iit appears to be for the best interest of said City of Yakima to sell said premises to James H. Gow and Florence M. Gow, husband and wife, upon the terms and conditions hereinafter set forth. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF YAKIMA, WASHINGTON: That said above described premises be and they are hereby authorized to be sold-to James H. Gow and Florence M.:. Gow, husband and wife for the total sum of One Hundred Ninety and 00 /100 ($190.00) Dollars, .payable as follows: the sum of no Dol- lars in cash upon the execution of the contract herein authorized and the balance of One Hundred Ninety and 00 /100 ($190.00) Dollars in monthly payments of Five (.5.00) Dol- lars, beginning June 10, 1932,1 and continuing until the, entire amount has been paid. All deferred payments to bear interest at the rate of six (6%) per cent per annum payable monthly with principal payments. B -32, entitled, "An Ordinance relating to the making of certain extensions to the existing waterworks system of the City of Yakima as provided by Ordinance No. B- 29 of said City approved March -23, 1932, appropriating the necessary funds for the in- stallation of the cast iron pipe water mains included in such extension, ratifying the action -of the City Commission in entering into a contract with the Inland Pipe & Supply Company, and authorizing the execution and delivery of $50,000 of principal of the special revenue bonds authorized to be issued to pay for such extension, and declaring an emergency," was introduced by Washburn and read by the City Clerk.
