Moved by Washburn, seconded by Stratton that the payrolls for the month of April, 19312 be allowed and the City Clerk authorized to issue warrants as follows: Various Dept.1 $2,333-31, Health $1,7s,6.66; Fire $5,153.33; Police $3, 404,. 25; En ineering $l, 250.00;.
