Moved by Stratton, seconded by Clark that the minutes of the regular meeting of Monday,
April 18, 1932 be approved aslread: carried, Stratton, Washburn and Clark voting aye
on roll call.
Moved by Stratton, seconded by Washburn that the claim of the Gibson Packing Co. for
damages alleged to have been 'sustained by reason of a tree falling on a truck driven ,by
an employee of said company at the intersection of. C Street and-North 7th Street in said
City in the sum of-$102.75 is hereby rejected: carried, Stratton, Washburn and Clark
voting aye on Toll call.

and alleys, to Ida B. Purdin, Executrix of the Estate of Hulda J. Capps.
WHEREAS, Ithe City of Yakima now holds title to the above described
property by virtue of a deed therefor issued by the Treasurer of the City of Yakima,
Washington to said City of Yakima, ;ion sale of said property for delinquent assessments,
and
WHEREAS, it appears that said property was deeded to the City of
Yakima thru error.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF YAKIMA, WASHINGTON:
. That the said above described premises be and they are hereby au-
thorized to be deeded to said Ida B. Purdin, Executrix; and the Mayor, W. W. STRATTON,
is hereby authorized to execute a deed to the said premises, and the City Clerk, PEARL
BENJAMIN, is hereby authorized and directed to attest the same for and on behalf of the
City of Yakima.
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COMMISSION, this 25th day of April, 1932.
