Droved by Stratton, seconded by Clark that the minutes of the regular meeting of Monday, March 28th; 1932 and, adjourned. meeting thereof be approved as read: carried, Stratton, Washburn and Clark voting.aye on roll call. RESOLUTION NO. C -38, BE IT.REiOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF YAKIMA, WASH- INGTON: That it is the intention of the City Commission of said City of Yakima, Washington, to construct.an eight inch pipe sewer in the alley between South Naches Avenue and South Sixth Street, extending from East Chestnut Street to East Beech Street, all in the City of Yakima, Washington, together with four manholes, one flush tank and eighty wye branches, and by doing all such other work as may be necessary in connection therewith; all in accordance with plans and specifications therefor to be prepared by the City Engineer and to be filed with the City Clerk. All persons who may desire to object to said proposed improvement are hereby notified to appear and present such objections at a meeting of the City Commission to be held at its offices in the City Office Buildingin the City of Yakima, Washington, at the hour of 9:00 o'clock A. M., on Monday, the 25th day of April, 1932, which time and place are fixed. for the hearing; of all matters relating to said proposed improvement, all objections thereto and for determining the method of payment therefor, and the City Clerk is hereby directed to give due notice of said hearing and the inten- tion to make the aforesaid improvement. The cost and expense of said improvement shall be borne by and assessed against all of the property legally and properly assessable therefor,. as pro- vided by law, and the City Engineer is hereby directed to submit to the City Commission, at or prior to the time fixed herein for said hearing, all of the data.and other in- formation required by law to be submitted by him. C -39, A RESOLUTION authorizing the deeding of the South 34.2' of the North 520:4' of the West 125' of the East half of the SE4 of the NWT of the NE4 of Section 25 -13 -18 E. 'W. M. to JOHN F. SCHELL, a bachelor. WHEREAS, the City of Yakima now holds title to the above described property by virtue of a deed issued. by the City Treasurer of the City of Yakima, Yakima County, Washington, to said City of Yakima, on sale of said property for delinquent assessments, and WHEREAS, IT APPEARS THAT said property was deeded to the said City of Yakima through error. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF YAKIMA, WASHINGTON: That the said above described premises be and they are.hereby au- thorized to be deeded to said JOHN F. SCHELL, a bachelor, 'and the Mayor, W. W. STRATTON, is hereby authorized to execute a deed to-said premises, and the City Clerk, PEARL BENJAMIN, is hereby.authorized and directed to attestthe'same for and on behalf of the, City of Yakima.
