ORDINANCE N0. B -30, entitled, "An Ordinance amending Section 2204 and.Section 3701 of Ordinance No. B -i0 of the City of Yakima, Washington ", was introduced by Stratton and read by the City Clerk. Moved by.Washburn, seconded by Clark that Ordinance No. B -30 be passed to its second reading -and read by title only: carried, Stratton, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call.
