The City Commission met in regular session, Mayor Stratton and Commissioners Washburn
and_ .Clark present on roll call.
Moved by Stratton, seconded by Clark that the minutes of the regular meeting of Tuesday,
February 23, 1932 be approved as read: carried, Stratton, Washburn and Clark voting
aye. ,on roll call.
Moved- by Clark, seconded by Washburn that the City Clerk is hereby authorized to give
notice to contractors fox furnishing.materials, consisting of pipe, fittings, valves
and other appurtenances to be used in the.improvement of the Municipal Water System;
said bids to be received on Monday, March 14th, 1932 at 10 o'clock A.M: carried, Stratton,
Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call.
Moved by Washburn, seconded by Stratton that the payrolls for the month of February,
1932 be allowed and the City Clerk authorized to issue warrants as follows: Various
Dept. $2,333-31; Health Dept. $1,786.66; Fire Dept. $5,152.29; Police 9.ept . $1, 7e)6..66;
Library $723.11; Engineering Dept. $1,250.00; Fixed Estimate $150.00; Irrigation Dept.
$333.32; Cemetery $135. f $
00; L.I.D. Revolving $150.00; Park Dept. $250.00; Firemens'
Relief & Pension.Fund 13.75 and Policemens' Relief Pension Fund 4
