Moved by Stratton, seconded by Clark that the minutes of the regular meeting of Mo.hdtiy;. February 15, 1932 be approved as read: carried, Stratton, Washburn and Clark 'voting aye on roll call. Moved by Stratton, seconded by Clerk that the application of A. Van Diest fora license to operate six card tables and eight pool tables at 214 East Yakima Avenue be granted: carried, Stratton, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call. ORDINANCE NO. B -27, entitled, "An Ordinance fixing the ti -qe of delinquency of the assessments levied for the payment of the cost and expense of the improvements in Local Improvement District No. 499, and providing for the issuance of bonds with coupons .attached for the payment of the unpaid portion thereof ",was introduced by Clark and read by . the City Clerk. Moved by Stratton, seconded by Washburn that Ordinance No. B -27 be passed to its second reading and read by title only: carried, Stratton, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call. Moved by Stratton, seconded by Washburn that Ordinance No. B -27 be passed to its third reading and read in full: carried, Stratton, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call. Moved by Stratton, seconded by Washburn that Ordinance No. B -27 be passed as finally read: carried, Stratton, ' Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call. Moved by Washburn, seconded by °Stratton that the following payrolls be allowed and the City Clerk authorized to issue warrants therefor: carried, Stratton, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call; Street Dept. $961.00; Cemetery Dept. $118.00; Park Dept-$60-50 and - Water Dept. $1, 049.00.., Moved by Stratton, seconded by•Clark that we do.now adjourn: carried, Stratton, Wash- burn and Clark voting aye on roll call.
