The City Commission rret in regular session, Mayor Stratton and Commissioners Clark and
Traub present--on roll "call.
Moved by Stratton, seconded by Clark that the minutes of the regular meeting of Mon-
day, December 22, 1930 be approved as read: carried, Stratton, Clark and Traub voting
aye• on roll call.
Moved by Stratton, seconded by Clark that the City Engineer having reported the com-
pletion of the improvement in Local Improvement District No. 488; by the Contractor,
Nick Bari in the sum of $5,424.90, said work is hereby accepted and the City Engineer
authorized to prepare an - assessment roll therefor and the City Clerk authorized to
give notice of hearing on said roll for Monday, January 19th, 1931, at 9 o'clock A.M:

Dept. and Park Dept be allowed and the City Clerk authorized to issue warrants there-

Moved by Stratton, seconddd by Clark that we do now adjourn to meet Wednesday, Decem-
ber 31, 1930 at 9 o'clock A.M: carried, Stratton, Clark and Traub voting aye on roll
call.
