The City Commission met.in regular session, Mayor Stratton and Commissioners Clark and
Traub present on roll call.
Moved by Stratton, seconded by Clark that the minutes of the regular meeting of Mon-
day, December 22, 1930 be approved as.read; carried, Stratton, Clark and Traub voting
aye on roll call.-.-
RESOLUTION NO. B -1170, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the city commission of the City of
Yakima, Washington, that in compliance with a request heretofore received from the
Yaki?na Central Heating Company requesting that the interpretation by the present City
Commission of Section 8 of Ordinance 694 be construed by them as requiring the $5000.00
bond only in the event of new construction of.said heating system:

required, due notice will be given-to the said Yakima Central Heating Company.

ORDINANCE NO. A -1263, entitled, "An Ordinance confirming the assessment roll coverin
Local Improvement District No. 493, as created and established by Ordinance No. A -1241
of the Ordinances of the City of Yakima "., was introduced by Traub and .read 'by the City
Clerk •.
Moved by Stratton, seconded by Clark that Ordinance No. A -1263 be passed to its second
reading and read by title only: carried, Stratton, Clark and Traub, voting aye on roll
call.
Moved by Stratton, seconded by Clark that Ordinance No. A -1263 be passed to its third
reading and read in full: carried, Stratton, Clark and Traub voting aye on roll call.
Moved by Stratton, seconded by Clark that Ordinance No. A -1263 be passed as finally
read: carried, Stratton, Clark and Traub voting aye on roll call.
ORDINANCE NO. A -1264, entitled, "An Ordinance fixing the time of delinquency of the
assessments levied for the payment of the cost and expense of the improvement in Local
Improvement District No. 489, and providing for the issuance of bonds with coupons
attached for the payment of the unpaid portion thereof ", was introduced by Traub and
read by'the City Clerk.
Moved by Stratton, seconded by Clark that Ordinance No. A -1264 be passed to its second
reading and read by title only: carried, Stratton, Clark and Traub voting aye on roll
call.

be allowed and the City Clerk authorized to issue warrants therefor: carried, Stratton,
