Moved by.Stratton, seconded -by -Clark that the minutes of the regular meeting of Monday, November 17th,.1930 be approved as read: carried, Stratton, Clark and Traub voting aye on roll call. Moved by Traub, seconded -by Clark that this being the time for the hearing on Resolu- tion No. B- 1164 to improve Block 164 and 165 and Lots 9 and 10 of Block 166, College Addition, by the construction of a sever, and there being no protest in writing or otherwise to said improvement or any part thereof; it is ordered that the ordinance creating a local improvement district be laid on the table for one week:. carried, Stratton, Clark and Traub voting aye on roll call. Moved by Stratton, seconded by Clark that the hearing on Resolution No. B -1165 for con- structing a sewer in the alley between South 9th Street and Soutn 10th Street be post-' poned until Monday, December :87th, 1.930 at 9 o'clock A.M: carried, Stratton, Clark and Traub voting aye on roll call.
