The City Commission met in regular session, Mayor Stratton and Commissioners Clark and
Traub present on roll call.
Moved by.Stratton, seconded -by -Clark that the minutes of the regular meeting of Monday,
November 17th,.1930 be approved as read: carried, Stratton, Clark and Traub voting aye
on roll call.
Moved by Traub, seconded -by Clark that this being the time for the hearing on Resolu-
tion No. B- 1164 to improve Block 164 and 165 and Lots 9 and 10 of Block 166, College
Addition, by the construction of a sever, and there being no protest in writing or
otherwise to said improvement or any part thereof; it is ordered that the ordinance
creating a local improvement district be laid on the table for one week:. carried,
Stratton, Clark and Traub voting aye on roll call.
Moved by Stratton, seconded by Clark that the hearing on Resolution No. B -1165 for con-
structing a sewer in the alley between South 9th Street and Soutn 10th Street be post-'
poned until Monday, December :87th, 1.930 at 9 o'clock A.M: carried, Stratton, Clark and
Traub voting aye on roll call.
ORDINANCE NO. A -1251, entitled, "An Ordinance fixing the time of .delinquency of the
assessments levied for the payment of the cost and expense of the improvements in Lo-
cal Improvement District No. 484, and providing for the issuance of bonds with coupons
attached for the payment of the unpaid portion thereof, was introduced by Traub and
read.by the City Clerk.
