Moved by Stratton, seconded by Clark that the minutes of the regular meeting of Monday; October 27th, 1930 and adjourned meeting thereof be approved as read: carried, Stratton, Clark and Traub voting aye on roll call. Moved by Traub, seconded by Clark that the City Engineer having reported. the completion of the improvement in Local Improvement - District No. 490, by the Contractor, Midstate Contract Co. in the sum of $1,301.14, said work is hereby accepted and the City Engineer authorized to prepare an assessment roll for -said. district and the City Clerk authorized to give notice of hearing on said. roll for Monday, December 1st, 1930 at 9 o'clock A-M: carried, Stratton, Clark and Traub voting aye on roll call. B -1164, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF YAKIMA-, WASH- INGTON: That it is the intention of the City Commission of said City of Yakima, Washington, to improve Blocks 164 and 165 and Lors 9 and'10 of Block 166 of Col - lege Addition to Yakirr:a, Washington, -by the construction of an eight inch pipe sewer in the alley east of North Eighth Street, from a point approximately 140 feet south of East E Street to East G Street, all.in the City of Yakirna,'Washington, together with.one man - hole and one flush tank and the necessary wye- branches, and by doing all such other work as may be necessary in connection therewith; all.in accordance with the plans and spec- ifications therefor to be prepared by the City Engineer and to be filed withthe City Clerk'. All persons who may desire to object to said pr.oposed improvement November 3,. 1930. are hereby notified.-to appear and present such objections at a meeting of the City Commission to be held at itv offices in the City Office Building in the City of Yakima, Washington, at the hour of 9 :00 o'clock A.M., on 11onday, the 24th day of November,, 1930, �nc�h tirae -and place are hereby, fixed for the hearing of all matters relating ­t6 said proposed.improvement, all objections thereto and for determining -the method of payment therefor, and the City Clerk is hereby directed. to give due notice of-said hearing and the intention to make the aforesaid improvement. Race:.
