B -1162, jT EREAS, Article 111, of Ordinance No. A ®1228, passed by the City Commission of the City of Yakima, -on the 22nd. day of September 1930, prescribed among other things that the City Commission determine and designate the character, type and location of all official traffic signs and signals to be placed upon the streets and alleys of said City, subsequent to-'the passage of such ordinance, and ,=RrEAS' it is deemed expedient by the City Commission to re- move the traffic signal at the intersection of West Yakima Avenue and Second Avenue in said city, and place it al, the intersection of East Yakima Avenue and Fourth Street in said city; 1 1 1 October 27, 1930 NOWT THEREFORE, �; ' IT RESOLVED, by the 'City "Commission ,of the City of Yakima; ,iashington, that said signal so removed from the intersection of West Yakima Avenue and Second Avenue and, placed at the, intersection of East .Yakima Avenue and Fourth Street, be designated. as an official traffic signal and shall be operated and con trolled in the'same manner as other traffic signals now in operation on Yakima "Avenue. 1930.
