B -1160, BE' IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COTJ2,!1ISSI0I \T OF THE CITY OF ijASHINGTON : That it is the intention of said City Commission of the City of Yakima, ,Washington, to improve Nineteenth Avenue South from Division Street to a point approximately 186 feet north of Ma- claren Street; and. also to improve Twentieth Avenue South from Division Street to a point approximately 36 feet north of- IvTaclaren Street, all in the City of Yakima, Washington, by the construction of a pipe sewer si,- 'inches in diameter,.together with the necessary wye branches, manholes and flush tanks, and. by doing all such other work as -may be necessary in connection tnerewit'h; allin ac- cordance with the plans and specifications therefor to be prepared b;, the City Engin- ee.r and to be filed with the City Cleric.
