Moved by Stratton, seconded by Clark that the minutes of the regular meeting of 3Jonday, September 15th, 1930, be approved as read: carried., Stratton, :;lark and Traub voting aye on roll call. 7.Toved. by Traub, seconded by Clark that the City Engineer having reported the completion of the improvement in Local Improvement District No. 486, by the Contractor, R. A. Geary in the sum. of $1,182.22, said. work is hereby accepted. and the City Engineer authorized to prepare- an assessraent roll for said District and the City Clerk authorized _to give notice of hearing on said roll for Tuesday, October 14th, 1930 at 9 otclock A.If; carried, Stratton, Clark and.
