The City Commission.met in regular session, Mayor Stratton and. Commissioners Clark and
Traub present on roll call.
Moved by Stratton, seconded by Clark that the minutes of the regular meeting of 3Jonday,
September 15th, 1930, be approved as read: carried., Stratton, :;lark and Traub voting
aye on roll call.
7.Toved. by Traub, seconded by Clark that the City Engineer having reported the completion
of the improvement in Local Improvement District No. 486, by the Contractor, R. A. Geary
in the sum. of $1,182.22, said. work is hereby accepted. and the City Engineer authorized
to prepare- an assessraent roll for said District and the City Clerk authorized _to give
notice of hearing on said roll for Tuesday, October 14th, 1930 at 9 otclock A.If;
carried, Stratton, Clark and. Traub voting aye on roll call.
RESOLUTION NO. B -1157, A RESOLUTION authorizing the deedina`of the South 42.2 feet of
the North 440 feet of the West 125 feet of the East 328 feet of the Southeast quarter
(S -BT1) of the Northwest quarter (NW-H of the Northeast quarter (NE of Section 25, Town-
ship 13 North, Range 18 E .W.M. , to CHAS. F. SWAIN and. EADA SWAIN, husband and. wife :

cribed. property by virtue of a deed. issued by the City Treasurer of the.City of Yakima,

width across the West one -half of the Southeast quarter (SE-1), of the Southeast quarter
(SE-1-) of Section 13, Township 13 North, Range 18 E.W.M., described as follows; Beginning
at a point on the west line-of said subdivision 466.7 feet north of the southwest corner
of said sub- division, which point is the southwest corner of Mill View Addition, thence
east along the south -boundary line of Mill. View Addition to the west boundary line of
First Avenue North, thence southeasterly along the west boundary line of First Avenue
