The City Commission met in regular session, 7 +1iavor Stratton and Commissioner Clark present
on roll call, Commissioner Traub absent.
TaIoved by Stratton, seconded. by Clark that the minutes of the regular meeting of Tuesday,,
Sept. 2, 1930, and. adjourned meetings thereof be approved as read: carried,•Stratton
and Clark voting aye on roll call, Traub absent.
Moved 'by Traub, seconded. by Clark that the City Engineer having reported. the completion
of the improvement in Local Improvement District No. 484, by the Contractor R. A. Geary,
in the sum of $682.79, said work is hereby accepted. and the City Engineer authorized. to'
prepare an assessment roll for said. district and the City Clerk authorized to give notic
of the he�.ring en said roll. for Monday, Sept. 29th, 1930 at 9 It clock A.Ile carried.,
Stratton.and Clark voting ave on roll call, Traub absent.

constructing a sewer on Fenton Street in Local Improvement District No. 487; the .follow=
ing bids were received.:

The bid. of J.hi.DeBlasio in the sum of $964.00 for concrete was accepted
as the lowest arid, best bid and said contract is hereby awarded to him: carried, Stratto

Mloved. by Stratton, seconded. by Clark that the bond of J. DeBlasio, contractor, in Local
Improvement District No. 487 in the sum of $964.00 is 'hereby accepted and placed on file
with the City Clerk: carried, Stratton and Clark voting aye on roll call, Traub absent.
Moved Clark, seconded by Stratton that the following payrolls were allowed and the
City Clerk authorized. -•to issue warrants therefor: carried, Stratton and Clark voting
