RESOLUTION NO. B -1142, BE IT RESOLVED BY 11 ^ILA' CITY CO1FIVIISSION OF TIE CITY OF' YAKIMA,
�xIASHINGTON:
That it is the intention of the City Commission of said City of
Yakima, Washington, to improve Block 92, of the original townsite of North Yakima,'now
Yakima, 71ashingtcn, by the construction of a six -inch pipe sewer to be located. in-'the
alley of said block and extending from a point 186 feet north of the north line of East
slalnut Street to a point about 24 feet south of the south line of East Chestnut Street;
together with one flush tank and the necessary wye branches, and by doing all such other
work as may be necessary in connection therewith; all in accordance -.lith plans and speci-
fications therefor to be prepared. by the City Engineer and. to be filed with the 'City Clerk
All persons who may desire to object to said prapo.s.ed improvement
are hereby notified to appear and present such objections ,at a meeting of the City Corn-
mission to be held at -its offices in the City Office Building in the City of Yakima, Wash-
ington, at the hour of 9:00 o'clock A-1&, on ±Monday, the 18th day of August, 1936, which
time and. place are hereby fixed for the hearing of a-ll matters relating to said proposed
improvement, all objections thereto and for determining the method of payment therefor,
and the City Clerk is hereby directed to give due-notice of said hearing and the inten-
tion to make the aforesaid improvement.
The cost and expense of said improvement shall be borne by and
assessed, against all of the property legally and properly assessable therefor, as pro-
vided by law, and the City Engineer is hereby directed to submit to the City Commission,
at or prior to the time fixed herein for said hearing, all of the data and other infor-
mation required. by law to be submitted by him.

That it is the intention of the City Commission of said City of
Yakima, `TTashington, to improve Fenton Street, in the City of Yakima,. Washington, 'by the
construction of a sewer to serve all the property in Frances Dunning's Villa Lots, the
same to be eight inches in diameter; together with one flush tank and the necessary wye
branches, -and by doing all such other work as-may be necessary in connection therewith,
all in accordance with the plans and specifications therefor to be prepared by the City
Engineer and t.o be filed with the City Clerk.
All persons who may desire to object to said proposed improvement
are hereby notified to appear- and present such objections at a meeting of the City Com-
