The City Commission met in regular session, ,bayor Stratton and. Commissioners Clark and
Traub present on roll call.
%loved by Stratton, seconded. by Clark that the minutes of the regular meeting of Monday,
June 30th, 1930 be approved. as read: carried, Stratton, Clark and Traub voting aye on
roll call.
Moved, by Traub, seconded 'by Clark that this being the time and place for receiving bids
for constructing a side, =calk on-South 3rd and 4th Avenues and on 411alnut Street in Local
Improvement District No. 485, the following were received:

Wilson & DeBlasio 5,250.30
R. A. Geary 4,386.87
The bid of R. A. Geary for the sum of X4,386.87 being the lowest and
best bid the contract is hereby awarded to him and the Idayor and City Clerk authorized to
enter into a contract on behalf of the City upon -receipt of the proper bond as required
by laver: carried, Stratton,. Clark and Traub voting aye on roll calla

for constructing a sidewalk on North 8th Street from? E,-Street to F Street in Local Impro
