Council: Mayor Mary Place, presiding, Council Members Clarence Barnett,
Paul George, John Puccinelli, and Bernard Sims
Staff: City Manager Zais and City Clerk Roberts
2. Executive Session regarding pending litigation
Mayor Place announced that the Council would move into Executive Session for
approximately 30 minutes to discuss pending litigation.
3. Adjournment
Following the completion of the Executive Session, the meeting adjourned at
2:02 p.m.
