The City Commission met in regular session, I&yor Stratton and Commissioners Clark and
Traub, voting aye on roil call°
Moved by Stratton, seconded by Clark-that the minutes of the regular meeting of Monday,
May 26th, 1930 and the adjourned meeting thereof.be approved as read: carried, Stratton,
Clark and Traub voting aye on roll call.
Moved by Clark, seconded by Stratton that the City Engineer having reported the comple-
tion of paving Soy First Ave. in L.I.D. No. 475'by the Contractors; Wilson & DeBlasio, in
the sum of $15,009.89; it is ordered that said work be accepted and the City Engineer
authorized to prepare an assessment roll for said district and the City Clerk authorized
to give -notice of hearing on said roll for Monday, June 30th, 1930 at 9 Otclock A.I.:

Moved by-Clark, seconded by Stratton that,the City Engineer having reported the comple-
tion of constructing *a sidewalk on North 6th Street in L.I.D. No. 476; by the Contractors
Wilson & DeBlasio, in the -sum of $746.04, said work is hereby accepted and,the City Engi-
neer authorized to prepare an assessment roll for said district and the City Clerk author-
ized to give notice of hearing on said roll for Monday, June 30th, 1930 at.9 o'clock A.M.:

ORDINANCE NO. A -1211, entitled, "An Ordinance providing for the improvement of property i
the City of Yakima, Washington, b y�the construction of a sewer, etc., establishing a Lo-
cal Improvement District, providing for the method'' of payment therefor and creating a
special fund," was introduced by Stratton and read.. by the City Clerk-•
Moved by Clark, seconded by Traub that Ordinance :No. A-1211 be passed to its second read-
ing and read by title only: carried, Stratton, Clark and Traub voting aye on roll call.

Moved by Clark, seconded by Stratton that the City Clerk be instructed to advertise for
bids by publication as required.-by law for constructing a sewer along Lots 5 to 53, both*
inclusive, in Cherry Avenue Subdivision, L.I.D. No: 482; said bids to be-received on Mon-
day, June 16th, 1930 at 9 o'clock A -M: carried, Stratton., Clark and Traub voting aye,on
roll call.
ORDINANCE' NO. A -1212, entitled', "An Ordinance providing for the improvement of certain
-streets in the-City of Yakima, `vftshington, by grading and paving the same with a one
course Portland cement concrete pavement, by constructing the.necessary curbs and culverts
establishing a Local Improvement District, providing a method of payment therefor and
creating a special fund, "' was introduced by Stratton and read by the City Clerk.

ing and read by title only: carried, Stratton, {'Clark and. Traub voting aye on roll call.
