Clark and Traub voting aye on roll call. Loved by Stratton, seconded.by Clark that the •minutes of. the regular me.eting of Monday, May 19th and adjourned meetings,thereof be approved as read: carried, Stratton, Clark and Traub voting aye on roll call. Moved by Traub, seconded by Clark that this being the time for the hearing on Resolution No. B -1131 for improving Lots 5 to 53, both inclusive in Cherry Avenue Subdivision; by the construction of a sewer in the alley between Third Avenue North and Fourth Avenue North from the existing sewer•on Cherry Avenue to the North line of Cherry Avenue Sub - di- vision, and. there being no objections in writing or otherwise to said-improvement or any part thereof, it is ordered that the ordinance creating a local improvement district be laid on the table for one week: carried, Stratton, Clark and-Traub.voting aye on roll call. Moved by Traub, seconded by Clark that this being -the time for the hearing on Resolution No. B -1132 for paving 24th Avenue North from Suimni•tview Avenue to Lincoln Avenue and there being no objections in writing or otherwise to said improvement or any part there- of; it is ordered,that the-ordinance creating a local improvement district -be laid on th table.for one week: carried, Stratton, Clark and-Traub voting aye on.roll call. RESOLUTION B- 1136, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COIJUALISSION OF THE CITY OF YAKI101A, IUASH= INGTON: That it is.the intention of the City Commission of the City of Yaki- ma, Washington; to improve Third Avenue South, Fourth Avenue South, Nest Walnut Street and West Spruce Street -, all in. the City of Yakiiina, Washingtdn, by the construction of Portland cement concrete sidewalks, crosswalks and curbs located as follows: The walk on the-west side of Third Avenue South from West Chestnut Street to West Pine Street, excepting in front of Lot 2, Block 252, to be six feet in width; the walk on the east side of Fourth Avenue South,,from the alley south of West Yakima Avenue to West Chest- nut Street, to be eight feet in width; and from Nest Chestnut Street'to West Pine Street to be six feet in width; the walk on the west s-ide of Fourth Avenue South from Vilest *Vxlal- nut.
